Pat O'Sullivan is a Principal Engineer at the IBM Dublin Software Lab in Ireland. He completed his MSc in 1997 and his PhD in 2001. Both of his research degrees were IBM Sponsored and won industry awards in the field of Internationalization and Globalization. Pat's research and publications interests include Internationalization, Globalization, HCI, Software Engineering, UIMS and Test Automation. Pat is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineers of Ireland. He is also a founding and committee member of the newly formed SoftTest Ireland SIG, and he is also a member of ACM, LRC and LISA.
